Interested in meeting women from our Presbytery?

As you may have heard, Bill & Sheila Porter are moving to Colorado, and they will be greatly missed! One of the many ways Sheila has served our church over the years is by attending PresWIC meetings. PresWIC (Presbyterian Women in the Church) is the organization of women’s ministry leaders from the churches in our presbytery.
We are looking for 1-2 women who’d like to serve on the Women’s Ministry Team by representing Trinity at PresWIC. Typically, the PresWIC Liaison is an elder’s wife who attends Presbytery with her husband but it can be any member of the church.
Our PresWIC meets whenever the Blue Ridge Presbytery meets:
- second Saturday of January;
- first, second, or third Saturday of April (depending on Easter);
- third Saturday of July* (*PresWIC does not always hold a July meeting);
- second Friday and Saturday of October.
Please let me know if you are interested. PresWIC meetings can be a lot of fun and they make great day-trips with your spouse!
